Questions partners ask first

How is pricing handled?

We don't publish retail prices. Each project gets an itemised quote based on the systems, quantities and programme. Trade account holders get trade rates on catalogue products.

Can you work from our drawings?

Yes. Send architectural or MEP drawings, the interior concept or an existing BOQ, and we'll mark up a device layout and schedule for you to review.

Do you install, or only supply?

Both. We can supply only, supply and commission alongside your electrical contractor, or deliver the full scope with our own technicians. Integrators can buy on trade terms and call on us for support.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other Emirates. Any travel charges for sites outside Dubai are shown in the project quote.

What warranty and support come with it?

Products carry a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Technical support runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
